Arrival by plane: Airports Zadar (75km) and Split (90km) are nearby. From airport to Tisno you can choose public transportation (not recommendet, cheap but crowded, summer season long waiting times, needs around 2,5 houres).
Private taxi: driving time around 50 min to 1 hour, depending on seasonal traffic -around 100,- / 120,- Euro) Uber is available in Croatia, too. If you need a large taxi (more than 4 pax.) please get in contact with Connecto Transfers. In high season and during festival time, please arange transfer 3 – 4 weeks before you´ll arrive!
Arrival by car: Adriatic Highway A1 (E65) brings you to Tisno. Please leave Higway at exit no. 21 (Murter/Pirovac/Vodice). After toll plaza (yes, you have to pay toll in Croatia, it´s around 20 Euro from Zagreb to Tisno) turn right to street no. D59. Drive D59 until you reach roundabout. Leave it on 2nd exit (street no. D121) and go straight for around 2 km. Leave next roundabout on first exit, direction TISNO. Drive on that street for around 1.5 km. Camp Vortex and your accommodation will be left hand before you reach Rastovac Festival Area / Camp Hostin.
Welcome
Hello and welcome – we’re delighted to have you here! Get ready to relax, unwind and enjoy your stay to the fullest! Here is a short introduction of your accommodation. Your accommodation offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a toilett. Also a bright and comfortable open-plan kitchen and living area, designed for relaxation and shared moments. A large terrace and private parking for 1 car is available during your stay. Enjoy modern amenities, a welcoming atmosphere and everything you need for a carefree stay.
At the entrance of the camp area, you will find a barrier that can be opened via the Parklio connect app (android | apple) using the access code provided to you by mail some days before you arrive here. Upon arrival, please check in at the beach bar “Vortex” on-site. The team will welcome you there and guide you to your accommodation.
If you arrive before 3:00 PM, you are welcome to store your luggage temporarily – please ask staff at the beach bar for available space.
Check-In
from 3:00 pm
As the house is professionally cleaned and prepared after each guest, check-in is available from 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know in advance. You are welcome to store your luggage at the beach bar (storage box) in the meantime, explore the area, or relax by the beach with a cocktail.
When you arrive at Beach House Dietze please check in at the beach bar “Vortex”, located directly by the bay. Say Hello to Mario or Ana, they will take care of you during your stay.
In accordance with Croatian law, we as hosts are required to register your stay and collect the tourist tax. For this purpose, please have your ID card or passport ready. You are also welcome to send us a copy of your documents in advance so we can complete the registration before your arrival. The staff on site will handle the process and return your documents immediately.
The key to your beach house is located in the key safe next to the entrance door. You will receive the access code by email 2–3 days prior to your arrival.
Accommodation
Your accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pillows and duvets in both bedrooms are, according to the manufacturer, suitable for allergy sufferers. For colder temperature in autumn and winter time, warm duvets will be available, too.
All windows, as well as the entrance door, are fitted with mosquito screens. In the living area, you will find a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven, extractor hood, hot water, dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer combination.You will also find all necessary brewing utensils (for ground coffee beans) for a good coffee in the morning.
Your accommodation features air conditioning, which can also be used for heating during cooler months. It is operated via the remote control, located in the wall holder next to the window front in the living area. Please help protect the environment by turning off the air conditioning when you are not at home. All power outlets provide 230V / plug type F (Schuko, like in Germany or Austria).
You can park your car on the opposite side of your accommodation. Please use the Parklio app to open the barrier when exiting – it is activated for you for the duration of your stay. Please find detailed instructions under „Welcome“above.
We love dogs, and they are more than welcome at Beach House Dietze! 🐾 Please be considerate of other guests, especially when visiting the beach, and make sure your dog does not disturb anyone. Not everyone is as fond of dogs as we are. When walking your dog around the campsite, please always clean up after them and dispose of waste responsibly. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the campsite and on all access roads. The same rule applies in public areas throughout Croatia. In addition, dogs are required to wear a muzzle when travelling on public transport in Croatia, including buses and taxis. If you are planning an excursion, we recommend checking in advance whether dogs are allowed at your destination. In most places they are welcome, but there are a few exceptions. Thank you for helping us keep Beach House Dietze enjoyable for everyone – guests, locals, and our four-legged friends alike.

There is a modern rain shower mounted – but you need to know for using: on the right side of the mixer tap is a small roundet lever which must be open. Please pull it to the right

Sports
Cycling: Murter Island offers some of the most beautiful cycling routes in Northern Dalmatia, including routes towards Betina, Jezera, Tisno, Pirovac and Vrana Lake.
Diving: The waters around Murter and Kornati National Park are famous for excellent views and numerous dive sites.
Water Sports: SUP, kayaking, jet skiing and boat rentals are available in Tisno and Jezera during the summer season.
Hiking: The coastal trail between Tisno and Jezera is perfect for morning walks, jogging and sunset hikes with stunning sea views.
For guests staying in Tisno, all of these activities can be reached within approximately 5–15 minutes by car, bicycle or even on foot.

Your check-out time is no later than 9:00 AM on your departure day.
A member of our team will visit you before your departure to say goodbye and carry out a brief inspection of the accommodation.
Please leave the property in a tidy condition. A waste container is available for your rubbish disposal.
If anything has been damaged or broken during your stay, please let us know. This helps us ensure that any necessary repairs or replacements can be arranged before the next guests arrive.
